Fantastic condition, includes add a room, indoor outdoor propane cooktop, propane tank, rv battery, portable kitchen table, electric brakes, spare tire. Two double beds, 1100 lbs dry weight – the lightest pop top trailer with two double beds! Kitchen dinette converts into 3rd double bed. Stabilizer jacks on all corners, indoor sink with pump style faucet and 5 gallon holding tank. Loads of storage! Lovely interior colours. Location: Whitby ON (durham region)

I added carpet to the camper interior and installed an exhaust fan to the reefer unit. I still need to hook a thermostat to the exhaust fan. We really won’t need it in November when we go to Virginia, but it will be great in keeping the reefer cool when camping here in Florida. I made a newspaper template for installing the carpet. I paid 15.00 for a 5 foot by 9 foot remnant at a carpet store. I could have scrounged for some used carpet but didn’t want to mess with spraying it and cleaning it for “cooties”. I still have some other upgrades and modifications to make, but I don’t know if I’ll get them done before we leave for VA. I plan to install two 6 volt golf cart batteries and install trailer brakes.

This is a video of our 1996 Coleman Bayport Pop-Up Camper. The camper is in excellent condition. The camper has both water and electric hook-ups. The features include: air conditioning, gas (propane) heat, stove, sink, and refridgerator. When extended, the camper has two queen size beds and has the ability to sleep 6-8 people when the couch and table cushions are utilized. Length: 12 feet when towing, 22 feet when fully extended. This camper is for sale.
